About the Café / Restaurant

   Even though CCC is known for its "down home" cooking, there are a surprising number of "upscale" menu items available…such as fresh seafood, choice steaks, and an abundance of chef specials including pastas, salads, and vegetarian dishes. Some regulars never venture past the superb, freshly breaded chicken fried sirloin steak or a charbroiled one-half pound hamburger, which are considered some of the best in the Texas hills.
   Of course the café is applauded all over central Texas for its variety of vegetarian choices, and no matter how one likes their eggs, Randy, who has been frying, poaching, basting and scrambling those fresh café breakfasts for over 16 years, will take care of it.
   A pioneer in gourmet coffees in Wimberley, CCC has always served fresh, "top shelf" coffee, from a good basic cup of java to one of the best espresso blends anywhere.
